Commission Types

Sketch

  • Monochromatic: can decide colour of the sketch, and one accent colour.

  • Can request flat colours for additional cost.

What do you mean by complexity?
While not exhaustive, things like:

  • Multiple Figures

  • Detailed Backgrounds

  • Very Detailed Clothing and Armour (i.e. embroidery, cloth with intricate patterns)

  • Many Detailed Elements (i.e. numerous animals, numerous flowers, &tc.)


What do you not draw?

  • Any request for hateful or disrespectful content.

  • NSFW - R18 Sexual Content

  • Cars (maybe for a king's ransom, but even then....)


I'd like something a lil spicy, but not R18, would you be willing to do this?
I'll consider such commissions on a case by case basis!
What about furries? <_<Hey, some of my close friends are furries!Kidding aside, I'm fine drawing one's fursona (using it as a general term here) if desired.
What about cheebs/chibi art?
Commission types include cheeb/chibi-style, if preferred over my usual style.
Could I get a cheaper price for asking for black and white instead of colour?
No.My process takes around the same time regardless of if it's black and white or colour, so you would be paying the same price.For applicable commission types, if you are wanting black and white or monochrome instead of full colour, please say so when you send in your request!
What kind of references should I have?For original characters, image references will be needed. Text references can also be included.Image refs can be things like art or screenshots. If there are certain features your character has that may not be noticible in all refs (scars, freckles, &tc.), note them down when you send in your request!For fan art, I'll simply need the name of the character and the series. If you have particular references, please include them with your request.If there's a particular pose or composition you have in mind, you can also send refs of those. I'm happy to work with your stick figure poses if it's easier to convey what you're wanting. ♥
I really liked this piece in your portfolio, but I don't see it as an available option. Would it be possible to get a commission like it?If there's a type of artwork I've made that's not listed that you're interested in commissioning, simply contact me and we can discuss if I can!Things like traditional media have to have different costs to factor in, so they vary on a case by case basis.If we agree to do a type of commission not listed, please select "other" when you send in your request form.
I need this by a certain date, can you do it?If you have a strict deadline for a commission, please check the option in the request form. I will get back to you as soon as I can to let you know if I am able to or not.Certain factors, especially health, mean I may not be able to work with strict deadlines at any given time.
Is it possible to order more than one artwork at a time?Yes! If you are wanting multiple pieces, please select the "other" option on the request form. Indicate the number and type of commissions you would like.

Terms of Service

Digital Commissions

Unless otherwise agreed to, commissions are for digital goods only and the commissioner will not receive any physical items from this transaction.

Artwork Rights

Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use.Commercial use may be given for a significant fee depending on the rights ceded.All rights to the artwork are retained by myself, the artist, unless licensing is arranged for the work. I reserve the right to display the artwork for future commission examples, on social media, and in my portfolio.While I retain rights to the artwork, my use will be limited to the above.
Some examples of personal vs commercial use! This is not an exhaustive list, but simply to help provide a general idea.✓ Making a few charms or stickers for yourself and to give to a friend or two.
✓ Making a print for display at home
✓ Using the art in icons or headers.
✓ Posting the artwork on your socials with artist credit.⊗ Reselling the artwork.
⊗ Selling any merchandise with the commissioned art on it.
⊗ Using said artwork in any publications
⊗ Entering the artwork into contests
Use of commissioned artwork to create NFTs is prohibited.Use of commissioned artwork in any AI-related programs (i.e. machine-learning programs, AI image generators, auto-draw programs, &tc.) is prohibited.

Basic Timeline


Discuss Commission and Finalise Price
I'll contact you to talk over what you're wanting for your commission and we'll agree on a price for the finished work.

Rough Sketch Approval
I'll send over a few rough sketches for you to choose your final image from. You can say if you would like to mix and match elements from the sketches, too!Once you approve the rough sketch, you cannot make large changes to the work: i.e. change the composition, characters, &tc.

Invoice
You will receive an invoice for the commission. You can either pay all up front or in two installments (half at the start, half after the commission is finished).
WIPs
I'll send work-in-progress images as I progress with your commission. This is the time to request small changes (i.e. minor colour adjustments or ask me to add in an accessory I forgot).The amount of WIPs you receive will depend on the type of commission.I can also offer timelapses or limited streaming via Discord, if desired.
Final Approval
When I believe the commission to be finished, I'll send over the image and ask for you to confirm your agreement. This will be the last time you can request any minor changes!Once approved by you, the commissioner, no further changes will be made to the piece.
Payment
I'll ask for whatever is remaining of the payment balance at this point.
Receipt of Files
Once I have received the payment in full, I will upload and send links for your commission's files. This will include the PSD, any timelapse files, a full-sized image, and a web-ready image for sharing on socials and the like.If in the future you need the files and the download links no longer work, please contact me. I'll at the least retain the PSD.

Payment

I currently accept payments in USD via PayPal.If you cannot pay via this method, please either contact me or mention this in the request form. We can see if another option is available.I do not accept any form of cryptocurrency.

Cancellations

Cancellations cannot be made after the work is finished.Cancellations can be made before the work is finished for either a full or partial refund.If a cancellation is made after the rough sketch is approved, a partial refund will be given. This fee will start at 25% of the total commission amount and be based on the amount of work done before the cancellation.
I will issue a full refund if I believe I cannot complete the piece for any reason.
